On the occasion of the Camp Nou project our studio visited the Ceramica Cumela workshop. This gave me the opportunity to begin learning about ceramic materials. I have further researched and experimented with ceramics during my M.Arch. graduate studies at Woodbury School of Architecture.

During a field trip to Madrid I had access to the ceramic atelier of Ceramica Cumela, which has been involved in the ceramic used for the Sagrada Familia.
