Clara Myers, Architect
I worked for MG2 Architecture until 10/2023, and have had experience working on different accounts with MG2. I have experience working remotely in a high intensity environment while juggling several concurrent projects. My previous role was mainly remote for the past 3 years. While my latest experience is mainly commercial, I have handled projects at various stages - initial AHJ research, feasibility, applications for permit, consultants coordination, submittals, and all parts of the project CD sets, both in production and as QA for less experienced colleagues.
Aside from architectural design, I have taken classes in photography, ceramic materials, Grasshopper, and have engaged studio projects with briefs of varying scope and span. I have always enjoyed the challenge of shifting gears between project scales.
I am currently based in Riverside, CA.
I am particularly interested in sustainable design (I have a LEED GA certification), as well as gaining work experience and obtaining my professional license; however, I am open to any avenue of learning and adaptable to a fault. I am a lifelong learner and well-versed in both verbal and written communication.
I have a double US and EU (Romanian) citizenship; I am allowed to work both in the US and in the European Union.
